Electrical Work in-House

The inverter, battery and meter cabinet adjustment are handled by a registered electrician from our team. Roof installation and electrics therefore come from one company, with no hand-over where something gets lost.

How Installation Day Works

1. Scaffolding: usually one or two days before installation.
2. Substructure: fitting roof hooks and aligning rails.
3. Modules: mounting, clamping and wiring modules from AIKO, JA Solar or Longi.
4. Electrical installation: connecting the Fronius inverter and the optional BYD battery, adapting the meter cabinet.
5. Completion: testing and measurement, then the scaffolding comes down.

Funding in Pattensen

Pattensen is part of the Hanover Region but not part of proKlima’s funding area. proKlima only funds projects in Hanover, Hemmingen, Laatzen, Langenhagen, Ronnenberg and Seelze. These may apply to you:

• Hanover Region, Dach-Solar: €150 per m² of module area above the legal minimum on existing buildings. Dach-Solar, however, is only available with simultaneous roof insulation and from a calculated grant of €4,000. Apply before placing the order.
• 0% VAT and no income tax on income from systems up to 30 kWp per residential unit
• EEG feed-in tariff: about 7.70 ct/kWh for systems up to 10 kWp commissioned since 1 August 2026, fixed for 20 years
• KfW 270 loan: a low-interest loan, not a grant

Under the planned EEG amendment 2027, only systems commissioned by 31 December 2026 are certain to receive the fixed tariff for 20 years. All programmes are listed under solar funding in Hanover.
