What the Fixed Price Includes – and What It Does Not

Included: modules, inverter, mounting system, scaffolding, the complete electrical installation, registration with the grid operator and registration in the Market Master Data Register (MaStR).

Not included, because it depends on the condition of your house: a new meter cabinet, a backup-power changeover device, and a new roof if yours can no longer carry the system. We clarify this during the on-site visit, not on the invoice.

Buy or Rent a Photovoltaic System?

Besides buying, rental models are also on offer. The difference:

• Buying: the system is yours from day one. The savings on grid power and the feed-in tariff go entirely to you, and you decide yourself about extensions such as a battery or wallbox.
• Renting: you pay no purchase price, but a monthly fee over a long contract term, often around 20 years. Over the whole term you usually pay considerably more than when buying, and changes to the system are tied to the contract.
• Financed purchase: if you don’t want to pay the price in one go, you can finance it with the low-interest KfW 270 loan or a bank loan and still own the system.

• proKlima DachVollToll: if you buy your photovoltaic system in Hanover, Hemmingen, Laatzen, Langenhagen, Ronnenberg or Seelze, proKlima provides €100 per kWp, up to €2,000, if your roof can achieve at least 2 kWp and at least 650 kWh per kWp a year. For the standard package of 8 to 10 kWp, that works out at €800 to €1,000. According to proKlima, applications for 2026 are possible until 31 October 2026; the budget was already largely used up by late summer, and you must apply before placing the order.
• The Hanover Region’s Dach-Solar programme: €150 per square metre of module area beyond a minimum roof coverage, only if the roof is insulated at the same time, which is funded with a further €50 per m². The calculated grant must be at least €4,000.
• KfW 270 loan: low-interest financing for the system and battery; a loan, not a grant.
• 0% VAT on supply and installation for residential buildings.

Your Right of Withdrawal
